You can reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen in just one hour. Here you can spend a fun day skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding or ice skating. If you want to see the full splendour of the countryside, go snowshoe hiking or cross-country skiing.
The Bavarian state capital of Munich with its numerous tourist attractions, parks, viewpoints, museums and venues such as the BMW “World of Experience” are just 30 minutes away by car from Gasthof Jägerwirt.
The guest house is located right on the Isar. Also close by is Lake Starnberg, a highlight for many athletes and lovers of good food. There are a number of lakes in the area such as: Walchensee, Staffelsee, Eibsee or the Tegernsee.
